How it Works

Step 1: Order your Test Kit

Choose between a comfortable nasal swab or saliva test kit.  Both types of kits are PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) tests for the deduction of SARS-CoV-2 run in high complexity CLIA certified laboratories in the United States. Enter shipping and billing details.

Step 2: Receive your Kit

Test kits will be sent via two day air FedEx to the address specified during order process. Expedited shipping is also available on checkout.

Step 3: Schedule Your Video Conference

After completing your order, you will be sent a link to schedule a video call with a test supervisor who will guide you through the process.

Step 4: Send us your Samples

Each kit includes all the testing and shipping supplies, including an overnight prepaid shipping label.  Please note that FedEx does not operate on Sundays so plan accordingly.  

Step 5: Receive Electronic Results

Your results will be sent to your provided email in a PDF attachment 24 hours after the sample arrives at the laboratory. Samples sent on Saturdays are processed on Mondays.

How quickly will I get my COVID-19 Home Testing Kit?

Once your order is complete, your package should arrive in 2 business days. You have the option of purchasing expedited shipping to your home for an additional fee. Kits that are ordered Sunday will be shipped on Monday. All kits purchased will be shipped the same day until 6pm. Kits ordered after 6pm will be shipped the next business day. Saturday orders will be shipped out same day until 2pm. Kits ordered after 2pm on Saturday will be shipped out on Monday. Please note that service may be interrupted or delayed due to inclement weather or any other issues beyond our control.

How do I return my sample?

In order to get your sample to our labs as quickly as possible, we provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label. Samples should be returned to FedEx the same day the test is taken Monday-Saturday before the last pickup time. Please check your local FedEx as times vary. Results are typically available within 24 hours after the lab receives your sample. All labs processing COVID-19 tests are operating Monday-Saturday. You will receive an email when your results are ready.

Can I use my BLG COVID-19 Test Kit results for travel purposes?

YES! Many destinations require negative results within a very narrow timeframe. We recommend that you reach out to your destination’s government for their specific requirements and timelines before making your purchase. Included in your digital results will be a printable version that you can share. 

How do I receive my results?

Results will me emailed to the address provided on checkout. Be sure to provide the correct email.
